Bot upload

As you suggested, I split the big image in 1019 icons and uploaded them all with my bot.

I named them using the data from /Public/Main/GUI/icons.lsx with a "DOS_" prefix to avoid any conflict with other Divinity games. It should match exactly the data "Icon" parameter from the skill file. Feel free to rename the icons if you prefer to have a name consistent with the skill.

Thanks for uploading all the icons, but I can't edit files names without administrative right. Too bad you couldn't get the data "DisplayNameRef" directly, that would have been the more user friendly. I'll check if it is possible/easy to make a template to redirect "DisplayNameRef" to "icon". Sadly, I don't think it's that easy. If you look at /Mods/Main/CharacterCreation/ClassPresets/Battlemage.lsx, you'll see a "ClassLongDescription" that is not the one seen in game. And I'm pretty sure it could be the same with skill text (name and description). As far as I understand it, I think that the game uses the data "DisplayName" as a unique identifier for the skill ; then searches for this identifier in /Public/Main/Localization/Stats.lsb (this is the UUID attribute), then gets the corresponding handle and finally gets the localized (English) string in /Data/Localization/English/english.xml
In the end, it seems that the localized string always has a higher priority than the DisplayNameRef.

Looks like there are a few mistakes in your template. DOS Skill Warrior CureWounds.png Cure Wounds points to the Skill_Water_Regenerate_Minor instead of Skill_Warrior_CureWounds. Chriskang (talk) 00:32, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
